Q. |
I
am running a promotion to attract customers - 1st 2 weeks
of loan = Interest Free, how do I set this up? |
A. |
If this
promotion if for a payday loan, then go into Satisfy & enter
the amount into NCashCredit for the amount of the interest.
If
it is an installment
loan, then enter it under Paydown. An automatic
way to do this is to change the Profile settings of Default
Non
Cash-Default
Non Cash Method = N to D, then the next profile setting below
(has percentage) enter the number of days (14 for 2 weeks).
This will not charge interest for all loans for the first 14
days. |

|
Q. |
I am attempting
to run End of Day & receive the error “Cannot
close EOD it has already been created”. How do I fix this? |
A. |
Typically
this means that the EOD was probably done by two different
people
on two different work stations. They did not
realize that each of them did it. So reverse last EOD (delete
operating summary) – double check the recommendation,
make sure delete last operating summary is checked if appropriate.
If you feel uncomfortable attempting this yourself, please
call technical support for assistance at 352-564-1512. |
| |
|
Q. |
I am trying
to run End of Day & the "Close Business Day" button is greyed
out, how can I proceed with my End of Day? |
A. |
The button
is greyed out because someone else besides you is logged
into Cash Advance Pro. Make sure everyone is out, then try
to process End of Day. If you have multiple databases or
use remote connections, you may want to adjust the related
profile setting. The profile called EODMaxSessions #139)
is the number of connections allowed open during the End
of
Day
process, by default the value is 1. If you have multiple
databases, you may want to increase this number to match
the number of databases you have. Or leave the default of
1, and just have one database open at a time during the End
of Day process to make sure no one else is in Cash Advance
Pro. |
