Rentpro - Customer Report Fields Helpful for Mailings

MailType is a one character field which has the following codes:

1 - Currently Renting

2 - No current agreements but does have at least one paid in full agreement and no skip or charged off agreements

3 - No current agreements and no paid in full agreements, nor any skip or charged off agreements

4 - Customer has either skip or charged off agreements on file

5 - Customer has no agreements whatsoever on file (Reservations or simply entered from application only).

When using this field for reports, you should specify a range by entering a value in both the minimum and maximum fields.

LAgrmtDate has the date of the most recent agreement from the customer.
ENextDue is the earliest next due date.
EPoDate is the earliest expected pay-out date.
DaysLate is the number of days past due when the most recent agreement was terminated.
TMthPmt is the total regular monthly payment from all active agreements.
TwkPmt is the total regular weekly payment of all agreements.
TDueCL's is the total due from closed agreements.
TRntLstAgr is the total rent paid on the last active agreement.
